The Avenue is often praised for its spacious and spotless rooms, well-equipped with amenities like hot drink facilities, TVs, and showers. Guests appreciate the convenient location with easy access to Jesmond and good transport links for reaching the city center, plus the possibility of obtaining a parking permit for a small daily fee. The breakfast is frequently described as excellent, and some guests have found the TV size rather small, yet still consider the B&B a great value, especially when visiting nearby attractions like Exhibition Park or enjoying walks along the Ouseburn river.
